AdinavProtection occupies a deliberately chosen space: between the lone provider, who struggles to inspire trust, and the large firms whose fees and priorities exclude many of those who need help — SMEs, exposed individuals, newsrooms, NGOs.
We built our expertise around domains where demand exceeds competent supply: digital investigation, protection for exposed individuals, and two specialties that will define the coming decade — the security of artificial-intelligence systems and cryptographic resilience against the quantum threat.
We don't try to do everything. We try to do a limited number of hard things well.
What stays the same, whoever the client is
Our work touches vulnerable people and high-stakes decisions. That demands explicit ethics, not a pose.
Feasibility first
If an engagement is pointless, doomed or outside our scope, we say so — even if it means not selling it.
Independent advice
No recommendation conditioned by a vendor partnership. For sensitive data, a local solution; for a hard problem, the best tool — not ours.
A response that matches the risk
The alert level follows the real risk, not the client's anxiety or the size of the quote.
Absolute confidentiality
No engagement, name or identifying detail is disclosed without explicit consent. Our representative cases are anonymised on principle.
A strictly legal, defensive framework
We work with the consent of those concerned, for protection, prevention and regaining control. Never otherwise.
The report says what is
When an analysis doesn't support what was hoped for, the report says so clearly. An audit's value lies in its reliability, not its optimism.

A clear sequence, no surprises. At each step you know what you receive and what comes next.
Contact & scoping
You describe your situation in writing. We assess feasibility and relevance, and give you our view — including "this isn't necessary".
Scope & proposal
Objectives, limits, deliverables, timeline. A clear written proposal. Work begins only after your explicit agreement.
Execution
The engagement itself, carried out methodically with regular checkpoints. You're never left without news.
Reporting
A readable deliverable: findings, evidence, priorities, actionable recommendations. Built to be used, not filed away.
Follow-up
We remain available after the engagement for implementation questions. Security is a state to maintain, not a document to archive.
Written contact first (email, form), video call by appointment if needed. Work carried out in English or French, as you prefer. Confidentiality at every step.
What we do — and what we don't
We work on digital investigation and OSINT, protection for exposed individuals, operational security for journalists and NGOs, AI security and cryptographic resilience.
We do not, at this stage, offer contracted penetration testing across an entire information system, general regulatory-compliance auditing (GDPR/NIS2), or large-scale enterprise forensics. When a need falls outside our scope, we say so and point you to the right people.
Geography: France first, Europe and the UK secondary, international case by case. Working languages: English and French.
