Data collected

Through the contact form: name, e-mail address, organisation (optional), subject and content of the message, and the language chosen. Nothing is collected without your knowledge; the site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.

To protect the form against automated submissions, the server records a hashed fingerprint of the sender's IP address, not the address itself. It is used only to count submissions from the same origin over a rolling hour; fingerprints older than one hour are purged from the file each time the form is next used. The IP address does not appear in the message we receive.

The form sets one session cookie (apsid) strictly required for protection against request forgery (CSRF). It holds no personal data, expires when the browser closes and is not used for tracking. It is the only cookie on the site.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your request and, where relevant, preparing an engagement: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
• Protecting the form against abuse (rate limiting, CSRF protection): legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6.1.f).
• Automatic acknowledgement sent to the address you provide: same basis as the reply to your request.

Account assistance

The account assistance form collects your name, an e-mail address you control, the platform, situation, approximate date, steps already tried, remaining access methods or evidence (checkboxes only), personal or professional use, and chosen language. This information is used to screen your request, answer you and, where relevant, prepare an assessment.

An automatic receipt is sent in your chosen language with initial checks for the situation selected. No password, sign-in code or identity document is requested. The form uses the same session and submission-rate protections as the contact form.

Retention periods for account assistance. An enquiry that does not lead to an assessment (the form and our reply) is kept for 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted. Case material (screenshots, drafts, evidence lists) is deleted 3 months after the engagement ends. The written assessment and the quote are kept for 5 years after the engagement ends, in archive, for the contractual limitation period. Invoices and payment records are kept for 10 years, as required by accounting rules. You can ask for early deletion of an enquiry that went no further at any time (see "Your rights").

Assistance tools. To prepare your assessment and documents, we use drafting-assistance tools, including artificial-intelligence services from professional providers bound by a data-processing agreement (GDPR article 28) that do not use your data to train their models. We send them only what is strictly necessary: never a password, a code or an identity document, and screenshots are cropped to the relevant part. The list of our providers is kept up to date and available on request.

Retention

Messages arrive by e-mail in the practice's mailbox. They are kept for the duration of the exchange and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and of the legal obligations attached to it. You may ask for a request to be deleted at any time (see "Your rights"). The IP fingerprint stops counting after one hour and is purged as described above.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the controller, the sole recipient of messages. For hosting and the technical routing of e-mail, it passes through the host, Hostinger International Ltd, acting as processor and not using it for any purpose of its own. It is never sold, transferred or shared for commercial purposes.

Before you write

Describe your situation in broad terms first. Do not send passwords or sensitive evidence through the form: if a secure exchange is needed, we set it up together after the first contact.

Your rights

• Right of access, rectification and erasure;
• Right to object and to restrict processing;
• Right to data portability;
• Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. For sensitive exchanges, an appropriate secure channel is agreed case by case. Technical and organisational measures are proportionate to the nature of the data processed.
